What are the delivery charges?
Standard courier delivery charges are as follows:
NSW & ACT
$30 for orders under $500,
$50 for overs over $500.

VIC, QLD, SA & NT
$30 for orders under $500,
$60 for overs over $500.
​
TAS & WA
$50 for orders under $500,
$100 for overs over $500.
When will my order be despatched?
Your order will generally be despatched same to next day, once payment has been received. Delivery times will vary and depend on location.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pick up is available in store. You will receive email confirmation that your order is ready to be collected. Once at our warehouse, simply follow any safety instructions and provide our warehouse staff with your order number or the name the order was placed in.
Can I return my order?
We will accept returns for any products that are faulty. However, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, misuse of the product, or if proper storage and handling hasn't been observed.
